David Kelloway

Director Business Integration at Transdev Canada

David Kelloway has a diverse work experience in the aviation and transportation industry. David started their career at Air Canada as a Station Attendant, where they were responsible for loading, unloading, and dispatching aircraft. David then moved on to roles such as Customer Service Manager and Manager of General Operations, where they managed a large workforce and implemented strategies to improve operational performance.

After their time at Air Canada, Kelloway joined Swissport Canada Handling, Inc. as the Manager of Ramp Services, overseeing all ground operations in Toronto. David also served as the Manager of Resource Planning, responsible for managing manpower resources and implementing cost-saving programs.

Currently, Kelloway is working at Transdev Canada, where they have held various positions including Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and most recently, Director of Business Integration. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, managing large teams, and implementing safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives. David has also been involved in key procurement projects and successfully negotiated a Collective Bargaining Agreement with a union.

Throughout their career, Kelloway has demonstrated leadership skills, a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators, and the ability to navigate through challenging situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Their work has been recognized for best practices both provincially and nationally.

David Kelloway's education history begins with their high school education at Banting Memorial High School, where they obtained their OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) from 1994 to 1999. Following high school, David attended Georgian College from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued an Art Fundamentals Certificate in the field of Art Fundamentals.

After a considerable gap, David resumed their formal education at McMaster University from 2016 to 2020. During this period, they studied Business Administration, though the specific degree obtained is not mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, David has also obtained certifications from Procore Technologies. David achieved the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) certification in October 2021, as well as the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) certification, also in October 2021.
