Jessica Ozuna

Jessica Ozuna has a diverse background in education and customer success. Jessica began their career as a Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Teacher in Garland ISD in 2005, and later moved to McKinney ISD in 2007. In 2009, they joined Round Rock ISD as a Teacher, Academy Lead, and Department Chair. Jessica then transitioned into a role as the Assistant Director of Career and Technical Education in Round Rock ISD from 2013 to 2014. Jessica then worked as the Director of Career and Technical Education in Manor ISD from 2014 to 2016 before taking on the role of Director of Career and Technical Education in Tomball ISD from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they made the decision to move back into the classroom as an Elementary School Teacher in Tomball ISD. Jessica's most recent role was as the Director of Customer Success at EdCuration from June 2022 to March 2023. Jessica is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Transeo starting in April 2023. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a passion for education and a commitment to success.

Jessica Ozuna earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Texas State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Jessica later pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Administration at Lamar University, studying from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Jessica obtained various certifications, including being Certified in Family and Consumer Sciences (CFCS) and earning certifications as an English as a Second Language Teacher, a Teacher EC - 4, and a Texas Principal Certificate, all through the Texas State Board of Education.
