Our Growth team plays a critical role in shaping the way we serve our customers and, to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented CRM Manager to handle the development and delivery of our communications with our customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Define and execute the CRM strategy based on a deep understanding of our customers and their lifetime moments and product journeys
  • Deploy segmented, relevant marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a timely manner and of a high standard that excites customers and promotes the TransferGo brand in the best possible way.
  • Build, manage and improve automated workflows for utilizing the CRM system and managing the customer journey
  • Align with data, product and engineering teams, third parties and the rest of our marketing team to ensure the latest segmentation, models and classifications are used in CRM marketing
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to improve user experience, activation and retention rates
  • Analyse and report on campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Ongoing management and segmentation of the database
  • Define, monitor and report on KPI’s for customer engagement programmes and be able to communicate performance clearly to different audiences
  • Continue to drive new strategies across the customer lifecycle, that improve key KPIs (activation/retention rates) and continue to strive for 121 personalisation across all existing campaigns
  • Become an expert in our CRM platform (Braze) and any subsequent solution investments
  • Regularly identify trends in CRM, best practices and new innovative ideas



Here’s what we’d love from you:

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in the mobile app space
  • Experience in CRM segmentation, campaign management and delivery
  • Proficient working with Braze as a CRM platform
  • Good knowledge of GDPR
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once with short timeframes and deadlines
  • Understanding of personalisation in on/off platform communications

  • A strong copywriter, able to critique, improve and proofread copywriters’ suggestions
