Rafael Rodrigues, UXC

Rafael Rodrigues has over 10 years of experience in UXC. Rafael began their career in 2009 as a Freelance Designer for International Market. In 2013, they became a UX/UI Designer for Avantare Inteligência Interativa. In 2014, they were a Lead UX/UI Designer for Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ). In 2015, they co-founded Gamercore Network and served as the CEO. In 2017, they were a UX Designer (former MundiPagg) for Pagar.me. From 2018 to 2021, they held various positions at Stone, Awari and PicPay, including Head of UX & Product Design, Design Mentor, and Head of Product Design, respectively. Rafael currently serves as Director of Product Design for Transfero Group.

Rafael Rodrigues, UXC has an education history that includes a Graduation from Instituto Infnet in Design Gráfico (Com enfoque em Design Digital) from 2009 to 2012, a Game and Interactive Media Design course from the University of Alberta in 2014, and a Political Science and Government course from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2013 to 2014. Rafael has also obtained several certifications, including Design Comportamental from Aprender Design in 2021, a UX Certificate (UX management Specialty) from Nielsen Norman Group in 2020, Design Leadership from How Bootcamps in 2019, a Certificate of Approval of the Course on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism from Enap - A Escola Nacional de Administração Pública in 2018, Mastering Liferay Fundamentals - 6.2EE from Liferay in 2015, and Styling Liferay With Themes - 6.2EE from Liferay in 2015.
