Paul Hudson

Paul Hudson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Paul is currently the Business Development Director EMEA at Transform Materials since 2023 and was previously a Senior Business Development Manager at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Paul worked at Johnson Matthey, where they held various positions including Commercial Licensing Manager, Key Relationship Manager, Sales and Business Development Manager, and Technical Manager from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Johnson Matthey, they worked at Tracerco Ltd in roles such as Production and Technology Transfer Coordinator and Reservoir Tracer Production Laboratory Manager from 2012 to 2017. Paul began their career as a Research Engineer at Procter and Gamble from 2008 to 2012. Paul then worked at Johnson Matthey as a Scale up experimentalist, Experimentalist, Process Support Chemist, and Young Scientist from 2002 to 2009.

Paul Hudson has a diverse education history. Paul completed their Engineering Doctorate in Formulation Engineering at the University of Birmingham from 2008 to 2013.
