Chad Ciccone

Chad Ciccone has gained extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Chad co-founded Comprehensive Care Advisors and Transformations TMS, where they served as the Co-Founder & CEO. In this position, Chad strategically planned, negotiated, and established 12 locations nationwide. Chad also provided comprehensive healthcare organizational support and managed the patient-facing clinical arm of the businesses.

Chad later joined Neuronetics, Inc. as a Sr. Regional Business Manager. In this role, they managed a team and expanded the brand reach through hospital and physician networks. Chad successfully achieved sales targets and received recognition for their performance.

Prior to this, Chad founded MRC Medical and held the position of President & CEO. Chad built the company from scratch and managed all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, sales operations, and P&L management. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant revenue growth.

Chad began their career as a Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Orthopedics) and later joined Integra LifeSciences as a Sr. Account Executive. In both roles, they excelled in sales and achieved exceptional results.
