Billy Crocker began their work experience in 2003 as an International Sales Administrator at UPS. From 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Strategic Accounts representative, creating custom solutions and reports for clients with annual revenues over $50 million. Following that, from 2009 to 2012, Billy served as a Customer Counter Clerk, responsible for handling packages at the customer counter and calling customers for pick-up. From 2012 to 2016, they worked in Operations Management, supervising drivers and maintaining service metrics. From 2017 to 2018, Billy worked as an Industrial Engineer, measuring and evaluating warehouse performance. Most recently, they joined TransImpact in 2022 as a Client Success Manager.

Billy Crocker attended Rose State College from 1994 to 2000, where they earned an A.A. degree in Business. Billy then went on to study at UCO from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a bachelor's degree (BS) in Transportation and Information Management.
