Michael Fross

Michael Fross has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael started their career at UPS in 1984 as an Operations Supervisor and Business Development Representative. Over the years, they took on various roles such as National Accounts Manager, E-Commerce Manager, and Director of International Sales. In 2002, they became the Corporate e-Commerce Group Sales Training and Operations Manager. Michael then served as Solutions Manager from 2008 to 2011 and Development Manager from 2012 to 2017.

In 2017, Fross joined TransImpact as the Executive Director of Strategy and Development, as well as the Director of Strategy. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Strategy at First Flight Solutions during the same period.

Overall, Fross has extensive experience in operations, business development, e-commerce, sales, and strategy roles in the logistics industry.

Michael Fross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Mathematics and Computer Science, from North Carolina Wesleyan University. Michael attended the university from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh from 1978 to 1981, but did not complete a degree in that field.
