The executive team at Transition Projects has a long history of working in social services and performance improvement. Before coming to Transition Projects, the team members worked as regional and state liaisons, senior managers, and directors at various organizations including ICF, Lutheran Services of Georgia, Inc., Childkind, Inc., and GCAPP. These positions have given the team the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully lead Transition Projects. The team members also have a strong educational background, with degrees in social work from Clark Atlanta University and organizational leadership from the Bridgespan Organizational Leadership Program.
