The Investment Team at Transition is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and investing in early-stage companies focused on climate transition. This team, comprised of Partners, Venture Partners, a Principal, and an Associate, works closely with founders at the Seed and Series A stages to support their growth and drive sustainable innovation.
