Kelly Wheeler

Kelly Wheeler, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and treasury sector. From 2005 to 2021, they held various roles at BC Ferry Services Inc., including Assistant Treasurer, Manager of Corporate Capital Planning, Senior Business Analyst, Manager of Strategy & Planning, and Business Planner. In these positions, they provided strategic and financial expertise for the construction and integration of new ships, ensuring that they were delivered on time and within budget. Kelly also served as a Board Trustee at the BC Public Service Pension Board from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Kelly is the Director of Corporate Treasury, Capital, and Investment Plan at TransLink, where they apply their extensive financial knowledge and experience.

Kelly Wheeler, CPA holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Royal Roads University, a Certificate in Project Management from The University of British Columbia, and completed the ICS 200 program at the Justice Institute of BC. Additionally, Kelly holds the certification of CPA, CMA.
