Lisa Brodbeck

Lisa Brodbeck has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to 2023. Lisa started their career at Delphi, where they worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Quality Analyst. Lisa then transitioned to roles as a Product Design Engineer and Project Manager. In 2005, Lisa joined Covidien as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and later became a Senior Design Quality Engineer. Lisa also held positions as a Manager in both Plant Quality Engineering and Product Quality Assurance. In 2015, Lisa moved to Air Techniques, where they served as a Manager for Quality Engineering & Supplier Quality. Lisa then joined Abiomed in 2017 as a Manager for Plant Quality before joining Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2020 as a Senior Manager for Quality in US Distribution. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Assurance at TransMedics, Inc.

Lisa Brodbeck received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, graduating in 1995. Lisa then pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance & Competitive Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, completing their degree in 2003. In terms of certifications, Lisa obtained a Certified Quality Engineer certification from ASQ in 2007, and a Certified Project Manager certification from the Project Management Institute.
