Michelle Hale

Michelle Hale, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition at TransMedics, Inc. since July 2024. Previously, Michelle held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Martin's Point Health Care, where efforts resulted in over 350 annual hires and the development of workforce programs during a challenging hiring environment. Prior experience includes directing talent acquisition at Dartmouth College, overseeing nearly 1000 non-academic hires annually, and implementing diversity initiatives. Michelle has also contributed to the University of Maine System as a Senior Human Resources Partner and has led community and career development programs in various organizations. Michelle holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Husson University and a BA in Social Work from the University of Maine.
