Kelvin Papp's work experience includes a variety of roles in the technology field. Kelvin started their career at Cobham Plc in 2005 as an IT Support and HelpDesk Coordinator, where they supported users across multiple sites. Kelvin then moved on to Cobham, where they served as a Senior Network Support and later as a UK/RoW Technical Lead, managing the design and implementation of regional datacenters. In 2009, Kelvin joined Blue Chip Data Systems, initially as a Senior Project Consultant before being promoted to Senior Solutions Architect and eventually becoming the Head of PreSales. During their time at Blue Chip, they played a key role in the successful transition of services during the company's acquisition by GCI. In 2018, Kelvin joined GCI as a Product Manager, overseeing the integration of services following the acquisition and driving innovation. Kelvin later served as Transparity's Technical Solutions Architect and Head of Technology before taking on the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Kelvin Papp completed their LLB (Hons) degree in Law at Solent University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their A Levels in English, History, and Economics at Bournemouth School from 1999 to 2001. Kelvin received their secondary education at Winton School from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they hold various certifications from Microsoft and VMware, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and VMware Certified Professional vSphere 5, among others.
