Ahmed Najmi

Ahmed Najmi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations development and project management within the public transport and water sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations’ Development and Enablement at the Transport General Authority, Ahmed leads strategic initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and achieve organizational objectives. With a strong background in data utilization, change management, and service quality improvement, Ahmed has held various leadership roles, including Director of Service Control and Director of AMI & Smart Solutions. Additionally, Ahmed contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Jazan University and is an active member of the Project Management Institute. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from King AbdulAziz University and ongoing executive education at London Business School.
