Fiona Wilson

Fiona Wilson has a strong background in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Fiona is currently the Head of Human Resources at TransRe since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Aspen Insurance Group from July 2017 to May 2019. Fiona also held positions at Euler Hermes, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for Northern Europe from August 2014 to November 2016, and as the Head of Human Resources from May 2011 to July 2014. Fiona'scareer started at Lionlea HR Consulting Limited, where they worked as the Director from March 2005 to April 2011.

Fiona Wilson has a diverse education history with qualifications in various fields. Fiona attended the University of Surrey from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sociology. Following this, they pursued further education at Kingston University, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from 1994 to 1996. Fiona returned to Kingston University in 1997 and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Employee Relations and Law in 1998. In 2013, they enrolled at the AoEC and received a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.
