Danielle Balmano

Danielle Balmano has extensive work experience in the field of learning, organizational development, and talent management. Danielle most recently worked at Transurban as an OD Lead - Talent and Leadership. Prior to that, they were the Learning & Organizational Development Senior Manager at Officeworks. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Learning and Organizational Development Consulting at Medibank. Danielle also worked at NAB for several years in various roles, including Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development Partner. Danielle started their career as an Instructional Designer at The Good Guys and worked as a Learning Coordinator at BP. Danielle also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at LOVE AND TATE PLC.

Danielle Balmano attended Victoria University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology.
