Nami Richardson

Nami Richardson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with a solid background in human resources operations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Operations at Transwestern, Nami has held multiple roles within the company, including HR Operations Director and HR Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of HR at Athelas Institute, Inc. Nami holds a BA in Psychology from Alliant International University and an MA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University.
