Nitin Chauhan

Nitin Chauhan is an accomplished Information Technology Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in managing IT operations and delivering high-quality service across various organizations. Currently at Trantor since December 2020, Nitin leads the establishment of ITSM practices, oversees AWS Cloud operations, and drives database optimization initiatives. Previous roles include managing IT service delivery at S2S SOFT LLC, ValueMomentum, Cummins Inc., and Tech Mahindra, where Nitin implemented ITIL/ITSM and Agile methodologies, enhanced cloud infrastructure using Terraform, and facilitated incident management processes. Nitin holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Rajasthan.
