Cormac McNulty

Cormac McNulty has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Cormac is currently serving as the VP Corporate Development at TravelPerk since October 2021. Prior to this, Cormac worked at Equiom Group as the M&A Director, where they were responsible for strategy, end-to-end M&A, and operational projects for a PE-backed professional services provider. Cormac evaluated over 40 investment opportunities and successfully acquired and integrated three companies in Europe and North America. Before Equiom Group, Cormac held the position of Group Director of M&A at Independent News & Media, where they defined M&A strategy for the publishing, e-commerce, and distribution sectors. Cormac also has experience in investment banking and principal investment, having worked at Eisvogel Group and Hannam & Partners. At J.P. Morgan, Cormac was involved in equity capital markets and M&A, advising corporates and private equity firms on acquisitions, disposals, and capital structure. Cormac began their career as a Business Analyst at Top Security Group, where they implemented business improvement projects across various areas.

Cormac McNulty completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at University College Dublin in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they attended Dublin Business School from 1999 to 2002, but their degree or field of study is not specified.
