Johnny Everson

Johnny Everson has extensive experience in software development, with their most recent role as a Principal Software Development Engineer at Travelport starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Magnite as a Senior Software Engineer from 2017 to 2022, where they developed and maintained critical applications, focusing on high throughput and low latency distributed systems.

Before joining Magnite, Johnny worked at nToggle, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2017, and at Twin Technologies, Inc as a Software Engineer (Consulting Contract) from 2014 to 2015. Johnny also held the position of Senior Front-end Engineer at MediaCrossing Inc. from January 2014 to November 2014, where they maintained and added features to their trading analytics application.

Johnny's earlier experiences include working as a Software Developer at Snapsort Inc. from 2012 to 2013, a Senior Developer at NetSAR from 2011 to 2012, and a Senior Developer at Interhaptic LLC from 2010 to 2011. Johnny also worked as a Developer at Net Sar Tecnologia from 2008 to 2010, where they maintained CRM software and developed rich internet applications.

Lastly, Johnny was the Lead Front-end Developer at Secretary of State for Security - Alagoas from 2007 to 2008, where they developed an application for registering police occurrences using Flex and Java.

Johnny Everson received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Alagoas, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Alagoas from 2001 to 2003. Johnny also obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in 2014.
