Jorge Aviles

Jorge Aviles has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Jorge started their career as the Technology Head at Citi, where they managed IT operations and software development. Jorge then moved to Telefónica El Salvador as the Head of the Technical Assistance & Services Department. After this, they joined SITA as the Commercial Director for the Air Transport Industry, where they played a key role in business development and project management. Following their time at SITA, Jorge worked as an Independent Senior Consultant, providing expertise in IT, Telecommunications, and Air Transport. Jorge later held roles as the Business Solutions Director at Digicel Group, the General Manager at Grupo Proval S.A., and the Director of Project Management at UDP E-Negocios Performance. Most recently, Jorge served as the IKUSI Soluciones Commercial Director for the North Cone Territory LATAM and is currently the Business Development Director LATAM at Travizory Border Security SA. Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with extensive experience in sales, project management, customer service, and commercial relationship management.

Jorge Aviles holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, which they obtained from ISEADE - FEPADE between the years 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Liceo Salvadoreño from 1972 to 1984, focusing on Physics and Mathematics. Additionally, Jorge has obtained certification as a Miller Heiman Certified Sales Professional in 2010.
