George Santillan

George Santillán has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. George is currently serving as the CTO at Trax Group since June 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Product Development at Avetta from July 2019 to June 2020. Before joining Avetta, George worked as the VP of Engineering at Veriforce from August 2016 to July 2019. George also served as the VP of Software Services at Synerzip for a brief period in 2016. From 2011 to 2016, George worked as the CIO at Kinnser Software (now WellSky), where they were responsible for managing Product Management, DevOps, QA, and Software Engineering teams. George was also involved in the development of C#, Angular.js / Node.js services on SQL Server for the Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty industries. Prior to that, George was the VP of Product Development at Trintech, where they delivered an annual product roadmap and was accountable for delivering measurable ROI in Finance & Accounting solutions. George began their career at CSC, where they served as a Senior Director, delivering software solutions to Federal agencies and introducing a Project Management Office. George also worked at DynCorp International as a Director, playing a role in the acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.

George Santillán has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. George also holds additional certifications in ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, Pragmatic Marketing PMC-1, SSAE-16 SOC II, and ScrumMaster.
