Michael Wells

Michael Wells has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Michael started their career as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army, where they demonstrated leadership skills and received recognition for their performance. After leaving the army, they joined Ethicon, Inc. as a Sales Representative and then moved up to roles such as Sales Training Manager and Biosurgery Division Manager. At Ethicon, they pioneered innovative training modalities and achieved significant sales growth. Michael later worked at Kimberly-Clark Health Care Inc. as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched new products and exceeded sales targets. Michael then joined Halyard Health, where they served as a Senior Product Manager and Associate Marketing Director, leading marketing and sales teams and driving integration efforts. At Avanos Medical, they held the positions of Regional Sales Manager and Director of Global Medical Education, overseeing sales strategy, team management, and the development and execution of medical education programs. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Medical Education at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., where they provide strategic leadership for the company's medical education programs. Michael Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1996. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Florida, completing it in 2005.
