Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through strategic enterprise-level engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and expertise in revenue forecasting within the consumer data industry.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide visionary leadership to the enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of enterprise sales professionals, empowering them to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to optimize team performance and drive revenue growth.
Enterprise Sales Strategy:
- Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to penetrate key markets, acquire new clients, and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision making and maintain a competitive edge.
Quota Attainment and Revenue Forecasting:
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and quotas for the enterprise sales team, monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilize data-driven insights and forecasting models to accurately predict sales performance, revenue projections, and resource allocation.
- Implement robust sales tracking and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in addressing their business challenges and achieving their goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of our CDP solutions and deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Leverage customer feedback and market intelligence to drive product enhancements, service improvements, and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in B2B sales within the consumer data or SaaS industry.

Physical Requirements:
- Working out of Mountain View, California or New York, NY office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
- This role has the potential for remote base location dependent on experience and expertise

Compensation Range
$208,000—$260,000 USD
