Your Role:
Treasure Data is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to build strong relationships with our company's employees in order to help them with their human resource needs.
The HR Generalist will collaborate with employees, leadership, and the Employee Experience team to help coordinate various HR initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Serve as a point of contact to team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of HR
Partner with and support HR Business Partners to drive the team’s talent strategy and organizational changes
Support in the delivery of HR programs and processes related to workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, promotion process, talent development, and overall talent management
Collaborate with Talent Operations, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits teams, and other cross-functional team members on developing processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency
Handle internal movement and departures by working alongside cross-functional partners and headcount changes
Run ad-hoc and regular reporting, create business review presentations and dashboards
Maintain and update internal HR documentation and be the front-line triage for Jira tickets
Assist in drafting company policies, getting approvals, and posting to Confluence
Remain up to date on local employment legislation and compliance
Help drive employee engagement across the organization and be an ambassador of Treasure Data’s culture
Owns the onboarding and offboarding processes and strives for improvement based on feedback
Provide operational support to employees related to office tasks
Manage vendor invoices and budget submission processes
Manage Safety and Health Committee
Support time tracking management (working hours and provide necessary PTOs)
Other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an HR generalist in a startup environment
Has supported the scale of programs and processes in an accelerated growth phase
Has experience working in tech companies (small to mid-sized) is preferred
Thrives in a fast-paced and action-oriented environment and is exceptionally organized
Experience with data analytics/reporting and creating business presentations
Project management and change management experience preferred
Exceptional listening and communication skills with experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
Can work collaboratively across all teams
Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organization issues
BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience
Physical Requirements:
Hybrid work environment: ability to commute into a Treasure Data three times a week
