Sumeet Tiwari

Sumeet Tiwari has a diverse work experience in the field of product management, with a focus on payments and fraud. Sumeet began their career at USO as an IT Intern in 2011 and then interned at GE Capital as an ITLP Intern in 2012.

In 2013, Sumeet joined GE Capital's Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP), where they gained experience in various roles including Project Manager for Financial Reporting and Digital Innovation. During their rotations, they successfully led the implementation of new financial reporting systems and enhanced the Quick Quote application for Apple Financial Services.

In 2015, Sumeet transitioned to Synchrony as an AVP, Data Science Project Manager, where they managed data science projects and served as a Product Owner. After three years at Synchrony, they moved on to work at ShopRunner in 2018 as a Senior Product Manager, specializing in Payments and Fraud. At ShopRunner, they led the product and go-to-market strategy for their payments and fraud solutions and also managed the development and launch of new features for their B2B2C products.

In 2021, Sumeet joined Provi as a Senior Product Manager and progressed to the role of Lead Product Manager. In this role, they spearheaded the product strategy and execution for Provi's payments portfolio, focusing on core payments and monetization/emerging products. Sumeet'sresponsibilities included enabling bars, restaurants, and liquor stores to easily pay their alcohol distributors and empowering retailers with user-friendly financial solutions.

Currently, Sumeet is working at Treasure Financial as a Staff Product Manager, starting in 2023.

Sumeet Tiwari attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems.
