Robbin Russell

Robbin Russell is currently the Vice President of Construction at Treaty Oak Clean Energy. With a background in project management and operations, Robbin has held various leadership roles in companies like Signal Energy Constructors, Signal Energy Australia Pty Ltd, and Empire Construction. Additionally, Robbin has experience as a Vice President at Tennessee Valley Infrastructure Group and XL Associates, as well as a Senior Reactor Operator at TVA. Robbin is also a board member of First Things First, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening families in Hamilton County, Tennessee through education and collaboration. Robbin holds a BS in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Engineering Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
