Steve Fangman

Steve Fangman is currently the Sr. Director of Product Management at Treez. Steve has over three decades of experience in the IT industry, starting their career as a System Engineer at IBM in 1987. In 1992, they transitioned to Novartis Pharmaceuticals as the Manager of Information Services. In 1997, they left Novartis to join Sirius Computer Solutions (which was acquired by MSI shortly thereafter). At Sirius, they served as a System Engineer before moving on to Infocrossing in December 1997.

At Infocrossing, Steve launched products, developed a pre-sales team from scratch, and led operational delivery for an IT outsourcing organization during a period of dynamic organizational change. In April 2011, they joined Oracle as a Senior Manager of Product Management. At Oracle, Steve delivered solutions enhancing SaaS Platform Security, Data Privacy, Automated Provisioning, Data Management, Multi-tenancy, new HIPAA offering, and cloudification of multiple non-SaaS Oracle acquisitions. RightNow (Oracle Service Cloud) was acquired by Oracle in 2012.

In July 2021, Steve left Oracle to join Treez as the Sr. Director of Product Management.

Steve Fangman reports to Joey Sterling, Head of Product. They work with Nicole Dupre - Senior User Experience Designer, Elling Hofland - Sr. Manager of Product, and Eugena Oh - Associate UI Designer. Some direct reports include Chad Heater - Product Manager, Seth Gilligan - Head of Supply Chain, and Richard Thorne - Product Manager, Payments and Subscriptions.
