Rachel Hartman-Bulsink

Rachel Hartman-Bulsink has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rachel is currently working as an HR Manager at Trek Bicycle, where they oversee a team of 4 and manages the full scope of HR responsibilities for over 250 employees in the Benelux region. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Booking.com, first as an HR Business Partner providing support to managers and employees within the Accommodation Business Unit, and then as an HR Operations Team Lead, leading a team of 12 HR Specialists responsible for employee lifecycle management in multiple countries. Before joining Booking.com, Rachel had roles at Accenture the Netherlands, where they worked as a Management Consulting Talent & Organization professional, and at Accenture, where they served as an HR admin & Service Delivery Team Lead. Rachel also had experiences at Stadsdeel Nieuw-West, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Brunel, Stadseel Zeeburg Amsterdam, and Watersportsportverbond, where they held various positions and gained diverse skills in project management, research, and administrative support.

Rachel Hartman-Bulsink completed their Bachelor's degree in the School of Human Movements and Sports at Windesheim from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Culture, Organization and Management.
