Aly Al-Refaai

Aly Al-Refaai has held multiple roles in several companies. In 2017, they worked at Careem as a Verification Specialist. From February to June 2018, they worked at talabat as a Service Dispatcher and later as an Account Manager in the Logistics Coordination department. From 2018 to 2020, they continued working at talabat as an Account Manager, conducting business reviews, maintaining relationships with clients/restaurants, and resolving operational issues. In 2020, they joined Etisalat Egypt as a Personal Account Manager, handling complaints, monitoring high usage customers, and collecting overdue payments. Finally, in August 2021, Aly Al-Refaai started working at Trella as a Senior Account Manager, leading shipper account management, developing process improvements, and participating in the implementation of critical business processes and tools.

Aly Al-Refaai attended the Future Academy - Higher Future Institute For Specialized Technological Studies from 2012 to 2016. Aly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
