Mohamed ElSersawi has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Mohamed began as a Summer Intern at MCDR - Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry in July 2018. In the same year, they also worked as an Investment Banking Intern at EFG Hermes. In 2019, Mohamed gained further experience as a Finance Volunteer at the World Food Programme and later returned to EFG Hermes as an Investment Banking Intern.
In 2020, Mohamed joined the Central Bank of Egypt as a Macroprudential Intern. Mohamed then moved on to work at Trella as a Finance Intern and eventually became a FinOps Specialist. In 2021, Mohamed undertook an Investment Intern role at The Sovereign Fund of Egypt.
Currently, Mohamed holds the position of Finance Program Lead at Trella, which began in April 2022.
Mohamed ElSersawi pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with obtaining an American High School Diploma from The American International School In Egypt in the year 2017. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Surrey in 2017 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, earning an Accounting and Finance BSc (Hons) degree in 2021.
In addition to their academic achievements, Mohamed also obtained a certification in First Aid from St John Ambulance in February 2020.
