Susan Bennett has an extensive background in HR across various industries, with experience in compliance, diversity, and workforce programs. Susan currently holds the title of VP of HR Operations and Analytics at Trellix, where Susan leads teams in HRIS, Shared Services, and People Analytics. Prior to this, Susan worked at Nielsen and Perdue Farms in HR leadership roles. Susan's educational background includes a BA in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College and an MS in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
