Fatema Mister has worked in various roles since 2006. Fatema began their career at Tribal Worldwide as a Digital Account Executive. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at TBWA\\India, where they managed and executed retail brand promotions and outdoor banners for Pantaloon Malls. Fatema also co-ordinated print and outdoor advertising campaigns for Singapore Airlines. In 2018, they worked at GirlCoders as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for social media management and content creation. Since 2019, they have been working at TrendSource, Inc. as a Client Success Manager, where they are responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships with clients. Additionally, they are focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting and analyzing research data on a monthly basis.

Fatema Mister has a diverse educational background. In 2022, they completed the Insperity Leadership Series at Insperity, earning a degree in Organizational Leadership. In 2018-2019, they obtained an Online Strategic Marketing Certificate Diploma from the University of San Diego in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In 2017, they completed a Digital Marketing course at Shaw Academy. In 2006-2007, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma from Xavier Institute Of Communications in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In 2002-2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai in Marketing & Advertising. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Credible Leadership Foundations (CCL-1) from Insperity in December 2022, and Hubspot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot in February 2021.
