Jaime Castillo has a diverse work experience in customer service and sales roles. Starting in 2018, they worked at Sutherland as a Customer Service Representative for about a year and a half. Then, in 2020, they joined SYKES as a Customer Service Representative for a short period of two months. In 2021, they joined Sutherland again, this time as a Collection Associate, and worked there for a year. In 2022, Jaime joined Center Source Group as a Sales Representative for three months, and later moved to Anchora Colombia as a Customer Service Representative for two months.
