Niels van der Heijden

Niels van der Heijden has a wealth of work experience. Niels began their career in 2012 as an HR and Sales Assistant Intern at Customer Alliance. In 2014, they became a Business Development/Owner at 2Dine. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Recruitment Consultant and Junior Recruitment Consultant at Randstad. In 2018, they moved to Contentful as a Senior Recruiter. In 2019, they joined ACELR8 as a Lead Talent Partner and Senior Talent Partner, where they also held roles at cargo.one, BEAT81, and Ada Health. Currently, they are the Head of People at Trengo.

Niels van der Heijden completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Tourism and International Business at Hogeschool Tio between 2010 and 2013. In 2012, they attended Providence University for a course in International Business East Asia. Prior to that, they studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Rijn IJssel from 2006 to 2010.
