Matthew McConnell

Matthew McConnell is a seasoned professional in stadium operations, currently serving as the Stadium Operations Manager for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Baseball Club since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Stadium Operations Assistant at Trenton Thunder from June 2023 to March 2024, and Production Assistant with REVELxp from August 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included organizing tailgate setups and collaborating with athletic programs. McConnell started in stadium operations as an intern with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp from May 2022 to May 2023, contributing to gameday preparations. Additional experience includes a role as Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp and a position as a podcaster for Sunshine State Takes, focusing on sports discussions. McConnell is an alumnus of Florida State University and the University of North Florida, with a High School Diploma from Creekside High School.
