Reid McCool

Reid McCool joined Trez Capital’s Real Estate Bridge Financing division in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the origination efforts for the real estate bridge financing program.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Reid worked at Spring11 where he split his time between CMBS underwriting and commercial real estate CLO securitization work.

Reid has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Trinity College.
