Varun D.

Varun D. began their work experience in 2014 as a Small Business Advisor at Scotiabank, where they consistently ranked among the top Small Business Advisors in Canada. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Small Business Deposits and Partner Offerings, where they developed and executed a strategic plan to increase net profitability, deposit volumes, and primary customer relationships. Varun then joined Tri Counties Bank in 2018 as a Product Manager II, specializing in Deposits. Recently, they were promoted to Vice President, Deposit & Loan Product Management.

Varun D. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from York University between 2009 and 2013. Varun then pursued further education at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained their CPA certification.
