Satavia Walker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as an insurance sales agent at Aegis Communication. From 2013 to 2013, they volunteered at the New York Blood Center. In 2014, they served as an Administrative Assistant and Billing Specialist at Metrocare Medical Supply. In 2015, they held the position of Outreach Specialist at New Horizon Counseling Center. Starting in 2016, Satavia worked as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at MERCYDRIVE INC until 2019. In the same year, they became a Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO. Since December 2019, they have been working as a Support Broker independently.

Satavia Walker attended Berkeley College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. satavia then enrolled at ASA College from 2012 to 2014, completing an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Certified Medical Assistant. Following this, they pursued higher education at CUNY York College from 2016 to 2020, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Sociology.
