Rob Sihto, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Rob Sihto, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over twenty-eight years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 1992, they began their career at Wegmans Food Markets as a Store Operations/Employee Services/Human Resources. In 2005, they moved to Paychex as an HR Services Advisor/State Unemployment Insurance Supervisor. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Director of Human Resources at Woodcliff Hotel and Spa. Rob then moved to Klein Steel Service Inc. as the Manager of Human Resources from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at The Outdoor Group and Director, Human Resources at Gleason Corporation. In 2017, Rob moved to LSI Solutions as the Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2020, they became the Director, Talent Management and Human Resources Manager at ProAmpac. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Tri Tower Telecom.

Rob Sihto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Dayton in 1990. Rob then went on to earn a Master's degree in Management from Nazareth College in 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the SHRM and the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, earning their SHRM-SCP and SPHR credentials.
