Kaleigh Smith

Kaleigh Smith is currently the Operational Excellence Support Team Lead at Triage Staffing. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Documentation Content Specialist at Physicians Mutual from July 2010 to May 2018. In their role at Physicians Mutual, Kaleigh was responsible for creating, compiling, and maintaining company-wide online manuals. Kaleigh was also responsible for reviewing letters, forms, PowerPoints, etc. throughout the company for proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting. Additionally, Kaleigh constructed, formatted, and applied animations to PowerPoint presentations. Kaleigh also performed high volume mail merges for various areas within the company and created fillable forms using Adobe Pro that were used company-wide. In their role, Kaleigh also assisted with the maintenance of hardware/software and provided recommendations as necessary. Kaleigh assisted in the investigation and resolution of system errors, equipment malfunctions, and user problems. Furthermore, they assisted Manager with budget reports and other tasks requested. Lastly, they worked with Company Officers on PowerPoints, spreadsheets, and various documents for presentations or legal review.

Kaleigh Smith has an associate's degree in liberal arts and sciences from Metropolitan Community College.
