The leadership team at Triathlon Ireland has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. They have worked as national coaches, physical performance coaches, online lead coaches, and teaching associates. They have also been reporters for a variety of news outlets, and have experience in transmission editing and continuity announcing. In addition, they have worked as run coaches, sports therapists, and business development executives. They have also clerical experience with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. They have degrees in recreation management, education, journalism, and law and German from Heriot-Watt University, the University of Stirling, Dublin City University, and University College Cork respectively. In addition, they have a degree in Governance (Sport Ireland) from the Institute of Public Administration and are certified by the Law Society of Ireland in Sports Law.
