Alper Projka

Alper Projka is currently the Talent Sourcing Lead at Tribe.xyz. Previously, Alper worked as a Product Manager at Navis, where they led the vision, strategy, delivery, and launch of internal-facing tools resulting in a 25% increase in DAU. Prior to that, Alper was the In-house Talent Acquisition Lead at The Big Search, where they led the Talent Acquisition strategy and operations. Alper has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and E-Business from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
