Jodie Howarth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Just Group before moving on to roles as a Community Support Specialist at Australia Post and Origin Energy. In 2015, they joined Best Restaurant Training as a Training Support & Administration Assistant. In 2017, they became a Mental Health Support Worker at Neami National, followed by a role as a Community Inclusion Service Worker at Manchester Mind in 2019. Jodie then transitioned to Creative Fabrica in 2021, initially working as a Community Manager and later as a Marketplace Operations Coordinator. Their most recent position is as a Community Manager at Tribes Inspiring Workplaces, starting in 2022.

Jodie Howarth began their education in 2009 at the University of Liverpool, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology. Jodie successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. After a gap of a few years, in 2016, Jodie continued their education at the National College Australia, where they obtained a Diploma in Community Services in 2017. In addition to their formal education, Jodie also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from Growth Tribe in January 2023.
