Zhichang (Chester) Wu, AICPA has extensive work experience in finance and audit roles. Zhichang (Chester) started their career in 2002 as a Senior Auditor in Deloitte China, where they worked until 2006. Zhichang (Chester) then moved to RSM McGladrey in the USA, serving as a Senior Auditor from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined RSM McGladrey in China as an Audit Manager, leading assurance engagements for US companies. In 2011, they transitioned to Lear Corporation as a Regional Accounting Manager and FP&A Manager for the Asia Pacific Division. In 2013, they joined Arizona Chemical as a Regional Finance Manager before moving to Johnson Matthey in 2015 as a Senior Finance Manager. Recently, they have been working at Tricon International, Ltd. as the China Finance Head.

Zhichang (Chester) Wu, AICPA completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2007.
