Bill McConaghy

Bill McConaghy began their work experience in 2003 as a Development Consultant for Creative Choice Homes. In 2006, they joined Laramar Group as an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions, where they were responsible for deal sourcing and property evaluation. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Multifamily Acquisitions at 29th Street Capital, overseeing acquisitions and asset management. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Florida at Atlas Real Estate Partners, focusing on multi-family acquisitions and value-add opportunities. Currently, they are the Director of JAX/NC/SC and Vice President of Operations at Tricon Residential, where they are responsible for overseeing operations.
