Gabriel Klett-Kimble

Gabriel Klett-Kimble, CCP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gabriel started their career as an Employee at Business RX in 2008, where they gained experience in customer relations, administrative tasks, and research. In the same year, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Community Development Professionals, where they had various responsibilities including attending trade shows, assisting in client outreach, and aiding in the production of company toolkits.

Moving on to KeyBank in 2012, Gabriel worked as a Teller and served as the primary contact for customers. Gabriel assisted clients in identifying their financial needs and referred them to the appropriate banking staff for further assistance.

In 2014, they joined Western & Southern Financial Group as a Financial Compensation Analyst. In this role, Gabriel provided technical support for designing and implementing compensation programs. Gabriel also conducted statistical analyses and predictive modeling to evaluate different compensation scenarios.

Most recently, Gabriel has been employed at TricorBraun since 2018. Gabriel started as a Compensation Analyst, responsible for analyzing and evaluating compensation plans. Gabriel then was promoted to Senior Compensation Analyst, further utilizing their expertise in the field. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Information System Analyst at TricorBraun.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has demonstrated a strong aptitude for data analysis, technical support, and customer relations.

Gabriel Klett-Kimble, CCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Miami University, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they received a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork.
