Susan Bergethon

Susan Bergethon has a vast amount of experience in various legal roles. Susan currently serves as the SVP and General Counsel at TricorBraun. Previously, they worked at Chief as a Member. Prior to that, they spent several years at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they held positions such as Chief Counsel, Consumer Products. In this role, they were responsible for managing the legal aspects of the largest business division, including employment decisions, contract negotiations, and marketing claims. Susan also served as a Senior Division Counsel for Georgia-Pacific Recycling and as a Senior Counsel, Contracts. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Susan worked at LHC Group as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Director of Legal Services. In this role, they managed multiple departments and oversaw contracting functions and regulatory affairs matters. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Corporate Development Counsel at McKesson Health Solutions and a Senior Attorney at Equifax. Susan began their legal career as an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP, where they specialized in technology and corporate healthcare. Susan's vast experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in any legal team.

Susan Bergethon received their BBA in International Business from The University of Georgia in 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued their J.D. degree at the University of Virginia School of Law.
