Nick Athan-Iksidis

Nick Athan-Iksidis is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in cleaning operations, contract management, and service delivery across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Cleaning Operations at Trident Services Australia since August 2021, Nick manages financials, safety initiatives, and stakeholder relationships while overseeing integrated service agreements across Queensland. Prior roles include State Operations Manager at Securecorp, General Manager at IKON Services, and Contracts Manager at ISS A/S, where Nick demonstrated strong leadership, developed training programs, and maintained customer relationships. Nick founded ECS Facility Services, focusing on efficient customer service delivery, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Consumer Science and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from RMIT University.
